CJS* E139 - Interviewing and Interrogation (3 credits) Code(s): ORAX Prerequisite(s): PSY* E111 and CJS* E101 A comprehensive overview of the processes of interviewing and interrogation. Students will be introduced to a variety of interview and interrogation techniques and strategies. The course will cover interviewing and interrogation of witnesses, victims, suspects and children. Students will perform mock interviews and interrogations to demonstrate their understanding of the course materials presented. Legal and ethical considerations involved will also be discussed.
