SGN* E101 - Sign Language I (3 credits) Code(s): HUM A first course of study of American Sign Language, the visual language used by the Deaf Community in the United States. This course covers the fundamentals of the basic structure of ASL grammar, vocabulary, finger spelling/numbers, visual-gestural communication, and information related to Deaf Culture.
