HSE* E141 - Addiction and Mental Illness in Behavioral Health Care (3 credits)
Prerequisite(s): ENG* E101 or permission of the instructor
An overview of the policy and treatment issues in behavioral healthcare. Particular areas of concern include assessments, treatment concepts, national and state policies, dual diagnosis issues, managed care, and client motivation.
