HUM* E119 - Short Term Study Abroad (3 credits) Code(s): GLKY, HUM, SOPX Prerequisite(s): ENG* E101 In this course, students will journey to a nation outside the United States to observe, understand, respect and participate in the way of life of the host nation. This course will provide students with the opportunity to experience diverse languages, customs, traditions and cultures, expanding their frame of reference and provide them with a new perspective on the world. By participating in the “living classroom”, students will experience a maximum cultural exposure to a culture that is not their own.
*Student is responsible for all additional fees associated with travel costs. Any expenses for travel, lodging, meals and incidentals are not covered by course tuition and must be borne by the student.
